-EXERCISE FOR THE BACK INCLUDED IN A PROGRAM FULL HOUSE BODYSUIT :

You can include the training of body-building of the back in your session full house bodysuit by using drives or rowing steers. They request also strongly muscles.

    -Heating
    -Drives or rowing block: 4 series * 12 repetitions

MODULATE BACK ADDED TO A PROGRAM IN SPLIT:

8 series, session of approximately 30 minutes with fixed weights and 1 minute 30 seconds of rest between the series. Do not make more series, it is generally the best way (means) to slow down its progress.

     -Heating(Warm-up)
     -Drives or edition(drawing) breast: 4 series * 12 repetitions(rehearsals)
     -Edition(Drawing) ground or rowing blocks(steers): 4 series * 12 repetitions(rehearsals)
